Nicci and Lu

Just wanted to write a quick review to say I was in store and served by a lovely lady called Kate. She was beyond helpful helping me pick out some gifts, personalise a keyring and then wrapped it all up beautifully. This is the second time I have shopped in your store and she has helped me and made it such a lovely experience

Bought a monogrammed wallet from Nicci and Lu and it’s absolutely beautiful! The service was incredible and delivery very fast. Would definitely buy from them again :)

Horrible experience shopping online, purchased something, 3 X dinosaur toys in a set as advertised. My card was charged and 6 days later I hadn't heard anything so I sent an Instagram message asking for an update on my order. An hour later I got a call with the shop owner talking at me non stop telling me all these problems, turns out they didn't have the stock, then next thing they have the stock but they are seperate and the price was for one not three despite clearly being advertised as a set of 3 in a box. The owner implied I was being unreasonable for not understanding the item was one and not three and then when I explained that what I purchased clearly stated a set of three and my reason for contacting them was it had been a week, they took my money and never sent the item (which they never had) then told me that she had waited 3 months before following up an order again implying I was the problem for asking where my order was. After being talked at bearing every excuse in the book and constant rude comments by the shop keeper including I can't believe you are behaving like this about 3 small dinosaurs"

I have been to the Joondalup store many times when I’ve been in Perth, and always had a lovely experience, it makes me so happy to know that the online shopping experience is just as wonderful. I received my items in the post so quickly and they were cutely wrapped with a gorgeous hand written note. I love supporting small businesses who take the time to make the effort for their customers. I’ll be back for more shopping soon! X

Terrible customer service, consultant advised the wrong phone case insisting she knew exactly what phone case would fit only for it to be the wrong one. She then argued and refused to assist in providing a refund or the correct case.

They are really slow with online orders and when I visited their Joondalup store their customer service is not great. I have mums group and we discuss how they don’t care about their regular customers.

Visited the Wangara store today.Nice shop. Lots of cute baby items.Cafe tables are small and no real space for prams. We came as a mum’s group and struggled to get space for us all. Probably better to visit in small numbers.Play area is cute but the floor is not padded, wooden same as the rest of the store. Not great for small bubs who are still unsteady.Coffee was good.If some of the shop stands were moved out it would make great space for pram parking and bigger tables for groups.

Wonderful customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and a chat. Their baby suction plates are the only ones I've found that actually stick. I also recently got a pair of their in-house label ribbed baby tights. Amazing quality and fit. Will definitely be buying more.

Amazing service with a smile every time I've visited. Such a lovely range of gifts especially for babies x definitely the best one stop shop when I need to find a gift that's meaningful and personalised. Thanks again!
